Hibiscus Coast

You may have guessed it from our name: we are a Jetski rental company based right here on the Hibiscus Coast. It started up in 2018 and we have launched thousands of people onto the water since, giving our customers the opportunity to enjoy the thrills and spills of Jetskiing!

We might be a little biased but we think the Hibiscus Coast is one of the most beautiful spots in New Zealand. It’s an amazing place to live and work and it’s a true adventure playground for those who love the water. From fishing to paddle-boarding, to lazy days on the pontoons around the coast, the Whangaparāoa Peninsula has a lot to offer. It’s also just a short 40 minute drive from down town Auckland which makes it a great destination for a day trip. Spend the morning exploring the amazing Shakespear Regional Park before renting a Jetski for the afternoon and cooling off in the waters around the peninsula.

We’re so lucky to have so many amazing beaches from where to launch our Jetskis up here on the Whangaparāoa Peninsula. We predominantly launch off Big Manly Beach on the north side of the peninsula,  but when the wind is blowing from the north, we can easily switch to the protected south side beaches and operate off Arkles Bay. This gives us many options for all weather conditions as well as varied places to head out from and explore new spots.

                                                              Tours
As part of our new activities, we now offer guided tours all around the Hauraki Gulf as well as providing you with some great locations and details if you’d rather do a self-guided tour. A Jetski rental is a great way to get out and explore some different parts of Auckland and the waters that surround us. With our longer hires, it’s possible to get out as far as Kawau Island to the north or Waiheke Island down south, either offer a beautiful cruise on a calm, sunny day. Whilst we highly recommend a guided tour, we provide plenty of information on places to go and things to do whilst you’re out on the Jetski including GPS markers or maps if required. One of the most popular trips from the peninsula is an excursion around Tiritiri Matangi Island which by Jetski is a stone’s throw across the water from Shakespear Regional Park.

We have heaps of experience exploring wonderful destinations at the Hibiscus Coast that you can reach from the Whangaparāoa Peninsula and we love sharing our ideas with anyone renting a Jetski from us! 

People also like to cruise down to Orewa after their time on the water and head for a bite to eat or a nice coffee in one of the many fantastic restaurants, bars and cafés.
