For a quick boost of adrenaline with a bit of extra flexibility, this is our most popular option!
This hire duration is great whether you are a beginner and wanting to learn how to safely operate a jet ski while building your confidence or whether you are already confident and wanting to give it a blast! This option gives you enough time to blast around the bays or explore a bit of coastline but not enough time to explore the Islands.
Option to hire up to four jet skis available on the checkout.
Our Yamaha VX Deluxe Jetskis can seat up to three people (max. 190kg) and we also have some pretty cool extras that you can add on to your jet ski hire which will provide hours of fun on the water!
The hirer must be 16 years and older to hire a jet ski and all drivers must be 16 years and older to operate a jet ski, however there is no age limit for passengers.

Directions
All our longer jet ski safaris depart from Big Manly Beach on the Whangaparāoa Peninsula, approximately 40 minutes north of Auckland’s CBD.
Our team will meet you at the launch area, where you’ll receive a full safety briefing and be fitted with life jackets before heading out on the water. Big Manly Beach offers easy access to the Hauraki Gulf and calm launching conditions.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled start time.

Do I need previous experience for a one hour jet ski hire?
No experience is required. Beginners are very welcome. Before you depart, we provide a full safety briefing and practical instruction on how to operate the jet ski confidently. Our friendly local team also remains on call to provide remote support while you are out on the water.
Can two people ride together?
Yes, even 3 people are approved but subject to weight limits of max. 190kg and sea conditions.
